Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Assist Project Managers in creating and maintaining timeline/project plans for projects within CPI.Ensure understanding of Visa and Mastercard connectivity and processor settings required for proper implementation.Work closely with the Quality Engineering and Testing Team to develop project-specific test plans.
Collaborate with CWS's Data Operations team to write requirements for any new process required to support the project or ongoing program.
Write requirements for program requests to be submitted to the system of record processor.Review project options with clients, providing an understanding of the recommended settings and other available options.Conduct research, if necessary, outside the system of record to find options to support the project.Analyze requirements and consult with Platform Management to determine system settings that support the project.Consult with existing clients during the discovery phase of projects to review, assess, and document their business requirements related to the project.
